Direction:

Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure you get the most out of your heat therapy pack.

• Place Soma Care heat pack inside terry cloth boiling bag.
• Place terry cloth boiling bag into boiling water and boil for approximately 15-20 minutes.
• Use tongs to remove from boiling water and place on heat resistant surface for cooling.
• Let Soma Care heat pack cool at room temperature.
